There was a village that had not had rain for a very long time and things were not well for the people. One day a man came to the village and said he would bring the rain in four days if they would give him a hut and leave food outside the door. They were not to disturb him. After four days he emerged from the hut and the rains came.
The people asked him how he had made it rain. He replied that when he came into the village, he felt disharmony. He went into the hut and brought harmony back within himself. By doing so, he also brought harmony to the village.
We often think we are separate and that what we do has no effect on things and people around us, but this is one of the greatest lies we have ever had perpetrated upon us. We influence our own lives, people around us, and the Earth. How are you choosing to interact with life?
